Fil-Tec’s next generation polyester water swellable binders are designed to perform on the most demanding, highest speed production lines. Our proprietary patented process produces a binder yarn that reacts instantaneously when in contact with water, dramatically reduces dusting and has a very flat profile and highest yield. The benefits are obvious: Healthier environment for operators, lower maintenance costs due to virtual elimination of abrasive SAP dust accumulation or moving parts of the equipment and lower yarn cost/Km due to our higher yield.
